Please read these terms carefully before using the NeuraDigital website or engaging our consultancy services.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing the NeuraDigital website, contacting us, booking a meeting, or engaging our consultancy services, you agree to these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations.

These terms apply to website visitors, prospective clients and clients unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. They cover the NeuraDigital group website and its practice sections, including NeuraAI.

2. Intellectual property rights

The NeuraDigital website, branding, copy, frameworks and downloadable materials are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

  • All content is our exclusive property
  • You may not copy or modify the content
  • Our trademarks may not be used without permission
  • Website content is for evaluation and informational use only

When you contact us, book a meeting or engage our services, you agree to provide accurate and current information so we can respond appropriately and deliver the agreed work.

Important notice. Please do not send confidential, sensitive or regulated information through website forms or booking notes unless we have agreed an appropriate handling process.
