We already have an IT company. Do we need to replace them?
Not necessarily. If they do the fundamentals well, we start by understanding where the gaps actually are — usually the data, knowledge and AI layer rather than the helpdesk.
Is Company Jarvis just ChatGPT with our documents attached?
No. The model is one ingredient. Company Jarvis adds approved knowledge, identity, permissions, bounded actions, evaluation, Jarvis Assurance and an operating model that says who is responsible for what.
Do we have to buy the managed service?
No. A Company Jarvis can be delivered with early-life support and then transitioned to your own operational ownership. Managed Company Jarvis is for organisations that would rather we stayed responsible for the agreed live service and its improvement cycle.
Does Jarvis get access to everything?
No. Knowledge, users, permissions and actions are deliberately scoped, and the exclusions are agreed in writing before launch rather than discovered later.
Will it get things wrong?
It can. Any generative AI system can produce a weak or incorrect answer. That is why Jarvis is built with approved grounding, testing, visible boundaries, monitoring and human approval where the impact requires it — and why the managed service treats a weak answer as something to investigate and fix rather than explain away.
Can it actually do things?
Yes, where approved workflows and authority have been deliberately designed. We do not enable unrestricted autonomy by default.
Are we forced into Microsoft?
No. A Microsoft-native architecture is often a strong fit for Microsoft-aligned organisations, but it is not the only delivery path.
What if we only want managed IT?
That is fine. Managed IT stands on its own, and the layers above it are never a condition of the contract.
How much does it cost?
Scope depends on the environment, the number of users, the support boundary, the data sources, the assurance the deployment needs and how much operational responsibility you want us to hold. We would rather scope it honestly than publish a number that does not survive the first conversation.
