NeuraMSP

Why the practice exists

Most MSPs maintain your present. We are here to build your future.

That is not a criticism of managed IT — we do it, we take it seriously, and it is the layer everything else depends on. It is an observation that the definition of "live operational technology" has widened considerably, and the supplier model has not caught up.

What changed

The list of things that have to keep working got longer.

A managed service used to mean devices, a network, a mail platform and a helpdesk. Those are all still on the list. But the things a modern business actually depends on day to day now also include cloud platforms, connected data, company knowledge, automated workflows, reporting people make decisions from, security controls that have to be evidenced — and increasingly, AI agents.

Each of those needs the same unglamorous things the network always needed: monitoring, ownership, change control, cost visibility and somebody to improve it. What they usually get instead is a project team who built them, a handover document, and silence.

NeuraMSP exists to be accountable for that wider list.

Traditional MSPs usually stop at maintaining technology. We can also operate the data, the company knowledge and the AI capability built on top of it.

  • The old list

Laptops, network, Microsoft 365, backups, a helpdesk number.

  • The new list

All of the above, plus cloud platforms, connected data, company knowledge, automated workflows, reporting and AI agents.

  • Our scope

The whole list — with the parts we are accountable for written down, not implied.

What we believe

How we intend to behave.

Principles are cheap to publish, so treat these as things to hold us to rather than things to be impressed by.

  1. 01

    Plain English

If a business owner cannot follow an explanation, the explanation is wrong. Technical accuracy and plain language are not in tension; jargon is usually just an unfinished thought.

  2. 02

    Honest advice

Including when the honest answer is that you do not need the thing we sell, that your existing provider is doing fine, or that AI is not your most valuable problem this year.

  3. 03

    Operational ownership

A managed service means somebody is responsible when it is three o'clock and something is wrong. We would rather define that boundary precisely than describe it warmly.

  4. 04

    Continuous improvement

The measure of a managed service is not that nothing broke. It is that the thing is more useful, better understood and cheaper to run than it was six months ago.

  5. 05

    Specialist depth on tap

We are the operational practice of a group that also does AI delivery, security and architecture. When something needs a specialist, you get one — rather than a generalist reading quickly.

  6. 06

    Technology independence

No product quota and no forced platform answer. Microsoft-native is often the right choice; it is never the only one considered, and we will tell you why we chose it.

Who this is for

Ambitious organisations that would rather not build the team themselves.

Primarily UK SMEs and growing organisations that want stronger operational technology, data and AI capability without assembling a large internal IT, data and AI function to get it.

The conversations usually start like this

  • “Our IT works, but nobody is helping the business move forward.”
  • “We have Microsoft 365, but finding anything is still hard.”
  • “Important information lives in people, inboxes and scattered documents.”
  • “Leadership wants AI, but not another unmanaged pilot.”
  • “Staff are already using public AI tools and nobody approved it.”
  • “Reporting is slow, and half the business does not trust it.”
  • “Our systems do not join up.”
  • “An AI pilot worked, and now nobody owns it.”
  • “We want one accountable partner across IT, data and AI.”

How we contract

What you can hold us to.

NeuraMSP provides managed technology, data and AI services. Service boundaries, operating responsibilities and commitments are agreed for each engagement rather than published as generic numbers.

That is not evasion — it is the only way a managed service means anything. What we are accountable for, what stays with your team, what happens when something goes wrong and how we are measured all get written into the service definition before anything goes live.

The practice pairs operational ownership with direct access to the wider group: AI delivery, security and assurance, and architecture. You are buying an operator with specialists behind it, not a generalist reading quickly.

We would rather begin a relationship with commitments you can hold us to than with numbers designed to look impressive.

Bring us the problem, not the product name.

We will look at what you already have, where it is letting you down, and which part of Neura is the right answer — including the possibility that it is not us at all.
